pick a song and it starts on both your phones at once — pause and it pauses for both. needs Spotify open on each device (locked screen is fine, fully closed isn't).

Spotify's live API only gives your last 50 played tracks — not enough to prove a 13,000-play streak. Here's the exact path: open Spotify (app or spotify.com) → your profile → Settings and Privacy → Account → Privacy settings → scroll to Download your data → check Extended streaming history specifically (not just "Account data" — that one's more obvious but only covers about a year). Confirm via the email, then wait — Spotify says up to 30 days for this one. When it lands, unzip it and look for file(s) named Streaming_History_Audio_*.json (often more than one, split by year) — pick them all at once below. Spotify's own guide if anything looks different.
